Question S40 2010 1.6 DPF Problems ECM-2A40

Hey, had a limp mode , so changed DPF pressure sensor. Now no limp mode, but i am getting ECM-2A40 particulate trap code and looks like that my filter keeps regenerating every trip (also poor fuel economy, slow acceleration and a strong smell of gasoline or soot, radiator fan keeps running after stopping the car for couple minutes). Few days ago forced regeneration has been done. Car has 190 000 km and never Dpf filter has been changed. Could be the dpf temperature sensor fault or filter dead already?

Not a lot of diesel experts on this forum, as most here are from the US, and Volvo didn't trust us with diesel variants of the V50 (sadly!).
