S40 TRUNK FULL OF WATER

HAS ANYONE GOT ANY IDEAS HOW MY S40 TRUNK FILLS UP WITH WATER WHEN IT RAINS.
AFTER A WHILE IT GETS TO THE PASSENGER FOOTWELL TOO ?
THE TRUNK SEAL LOOKS FINE.
