Hi everyone

A stone has cracked my passenger side headlight glass on my 2003 Volvo S40.

My Volvo Dealer tells me I can buy the headlight glass to replace it but how easy is this to do?

It is really not that hard.There should be clips on the outside of the glass that hold it on.Remove your parking light.There should be one Phillips screw.Then push on the tab and pull the light foward.Then behind there is 2 nuts.Then look on the other side for 2 screws.They are all 10mm heads you might need a swivel as well.Once you have it loose push down on the bumper infront of the headlight and work the headlight assy. out.Then remove the clips and replace the glass.
