2001 S40 NA Spec: My car drives straight down the road (no pulling), and the wheel position is at 1 o'clock. I come to an intersection and make a 90 degree turn to the left then continue down the road. Now my wheel is at 11 o'clock. It changes back and forth at every turn. The steering rack is firmly attached to the body and i could not move it, even with a large pry bar. What's going on here?
