Sub & Amp Wiring in m 2000 S40

Anyone have any tips/advice before I start wiring my sub and ampin to my 2000 S40? I've done wiring before, but never in a sedan. I am using 4G wire kit. Thanks!

Disconnect the battery! If you bump the wrong wire and put 12V into a data line, you can fry the ECU.
