While driving on the highway, the gear lever froze suddenly! Any change in transmission with the gear lever was impossible until I put off engine. The problem reappears when the engine is switched on. I am wondering about the possible nature and frequency of this problem in volvo S40 cars. My model is S40 diesel - start/stop edition. Any idea? Thanks.
