More info please... does it not unlock, is some part broken.

I suspect that the latch button is similar to the V50. I had an issue on mine where the rubber seal around the button was preventing the switch from pushing in all the way. If you press hard enough it may work. Otherwise, remove he switch and re-seat the seal.

Another thought: is your glove box locked. If so, the car may be in valet mode and the trunk won't open. See owners manual.
