Default TURBO

I am having problems with my Turbo, the dealer told me I need to change it (price $1400), I found the piece
very cheap $400, I am not an expert but I really can not afford to pay $1400, is it difficult to change the turbo ?
Does somebody know of a manual or something ? Any recommendations ?

Thanks

If you have any technical skills then you can do it.
Just take the stuff apart slowly and mark it and then you will be fine.
Go slow and take it easy and you will be fine.

Ahead of time like the night before spray down the nuts on all of the exhaust parts and the turbo parts.
Becareful removing all the nuts so none of the studs break.
Other than that you should be fine.

If you have anymore quiestions as you go feel free to ask.
You will need to drain the coolant as well. And make sure you get new copper washers for the oil and coolant lines you remove from the turbo.Buy a new turbo return line o-ring and gasket. So that you have no oil leaks when you are done.
