Hi,

I have an older S40 volvo 1.6 petrol, when I plug it into the standard computer reader, it states there is a connection error!

A good friend of mine tells me that this is because I need the Volvo software or a specific programme that reads the Volvo computer as it was manufactured a yera before Volvo introduced the Industry standard software.

I wondered if anyone knew the name of a good programme that will read the Volvo computer, where I could get this from and how much this is likely to cost!

Any other help would be greatly appreciated!
