Hello to all, I am a newbie, so go easy on me. I am in the market for nice, sporty 4D vehicle. I have test driven a few, but today went to my local VOLVO dealer and test drove a 2005 Volvo S40, 5,600 miles on it. I was told it was a loaner car, that they are now selling it. I must say, pretty clean on the outside and inside. Rubber looks good. The vehicle, did not have leather( not a major concern for me). I drove the car, and it was pretty impressive. Felt solid, decent pick up. What else should I be looking for in this vehicle, secondly, the dealer quoted me a price of $23,500, is that decent? Thanks in advance to all.

If the S40 didn't have leather then it has DALA T-TEC seats. I personally think they are the BEST seat I've ever had. I got the Off-Black in My S40 because i thought the Quartz Beige would show wa too much dirt. Other than the black makes for a real hot interior on sunny days after work I really like the T-tec. This winter I'll like them even more with the heated seats.
