on my third set of front rotors, slotted and drilled, warped in about 3 months, mostly highway driving
anyone else suffering with this issue, just wondered if rotors are too small for vehicle or just my bad driving

Did you properly bed the new rotors and pads? From what I was told, if they were not bedded properly, then that will "warp" them really quickly.

 

Also if you are semi hard on the brakes heating them up then hit a puddle they will be warped that fast.

It only takes them being hot and hitting a puddle once to wipe them out.
