If you fix this with junkyard parts you should do OK.
Best place to look for the parts you need, particularly the hood, is car-part.com. You might even get lucky and find one in the correct color. I just checked and there's a silver hood in Athens for $200.

OK, so just got the car on my garage, looks like a don't have to much leaks, I only see some green water drops (witch I'm assuming that just the radiator is broken some where).
looks like I will just need to change the hood, grill, lights, and a few frame pieces (see pic)
What you guys think?

Bumper look fine just a few scratches and ships but I can live with that, I just need to get a little piece from the inside

Is this your first Volvo? How are the electrics? Any system messages?
You may want to make friends with DiCE / VIDA, the Volvo troubleshooting / repair / maintenance system.
You can check the PO's maintenance record through myCarfax for free.

That looks clean, probably needs new headlights, bumper, cross radiator member, rad, cooling fan, hood, front grid, that's pretty much it. from a scrap yard, you'd get them for about 1k. To check the belt remove the upper belt cover and turn the engine to check all the belt length. look for hairline cracks but it should be still good for a while.

Yup I just order:
- headlights, bumper,
- cross radiator member
- rad
- cooling fan
- hood
- front grid
*Bumper looks fine to me, I few scratches but still good, I did have to order a few inside parts of the bumper
I can't wait to put it back together!!!!
so far so good, but yesterday I remove the headliner to repair my self I i notice the Driver seat didn't want to go down (electric seat). so I will have to investigate once I finish with the front repairs.
I did got Vida software working on my laptop, which it have help me a lot to getting the correct parts. I order an ODBII scanner (I hope i don't need to get a DICE scanner) we will see
I will check out mycarfax, thank you
Well here is some updated pictures of my volvo project, Any input you guys have would be appreciated.
I'm thinking on left the hood black, got the headlights with back black, grill would be black and wheels would be paying black. Also I will be tainted the Windows black. And the back lights will be tainted black as well
Can't wait onto is finish yay!!!

The core support on our cars is very weak, and it looks like yours is bent pretty good. They are supposed to do that, with the whole idea of the crumple zone.
I'm afraid you will have a very hard time getting everything straight once that's happened. Good luck!

Just don't forget that, after your "sweat equity," you will have a collector's item.
Two questions: 1) how is the alignment? If the collision crumple zone extended to the forward frame, a 100% alignment may be hard to get. 2) How did the PO treat his/her turbo? Was the oil changed REGULARLY? Did he/she run it up to redline?

at 71k miles/10 years the belt may look good but it got stiff (like hard plastic). it's a good idea to replace it being there. I only had a crack on mine, had to turn the engine to find it.
