Default Where to get tune-up parts?

Funny, I can't seem to find tune up parts on-line for my 2001 S40. FCP Groton only has spark plugs and wires. No cap or rotor.
Am I missing something here? There is a distributor, isn't there? Where is a good place to p/u parts at a decent price?
That said...what plugs do I get? Seems to be three types.
Car is running rough, I know that it has not had new ignition parts in 20,000miles or so.
So, Plugs, Cap, Rotor, Wires (?)...anything else?

No distributor, all the 2000-up have DIS ignition. On the 2000-2004 1.9L engines it's just like the old wasted spark DIS from the mid-80's GM cars where you have 2 coil-on-plugs and 2 spark plug wires to the other cylinders. A tune-up involves coils, wires, and plugs. Either the stock Volvo plugs or the NGK Iridiums or similar turbo plugs work fine.

Make sure to gap the plugs, use anti-seize, and plenty of dielectric grease. Every time my 2001 runs rough it has been the coils.
