My wife has a 2005 S40 T5 AWD. I'm looking for wind deflectors for the moon roof, and my local volvo dealer doesn't list one.

I've found some for previous S40 body styles on an EU webpage, but i'm not sure it fits.

does volvo make one?
is there an aftermarket one?
will the 03 deflector fit?

I dont know of anything that will work, However i think ur best bet is the next time you at the dealership for a oil change or what ever. See if you can find the oldest mechanic and ask him he would know more then any one i can think of. good luck

is there anyway to find the dimensions of the moonroof online for the post '04 and pre '04?

well, after a lot of research and digging, i found a company that makes custom fit wind deflectors for a ton of cars.

I ordered one for the wife for xmas, and it got here today. I placed it on top of her car to see if it's sized right, and it looks like a perfect fit. very high quality, and install looks tobe pretty easy.

i'll post back up when i get it installed.
