does anyone know if 17in wheels from a v70 will fit on an 01 s60? if so, what tire size should i use.

Well any 5x108mm rim will fit your 01 s60.

And the v70 has the same bolt pattern. So thusly any of the 17" rims from the v70 will fit your s60. Now the offsets might be different and you may or may not need to use a spacer.

225/45-17 is a good tire size.
