How to take the grille off of a 2001 volvo s60 2.4t and will hid's work without a capacitor? Thanks

 

The grill you just push the tabs down on the 5 push buttons on top of the nose .Front of the car under the hood . Then full the plastic back and you will see the grill tabs. Just be careful with the grill the tabs will break.
