2001 s60 hid install

Just ordered 8k hids and was wondering if anyone had any tips or tricks? Should i take the headlight out? Thanks

The Mechanic didn't take mine out. Just remove the bulb cover to drill a hole. The kit should come with a rubber grommet to fit snug over the drilled hole.
I have an 02. To take the headlight assembly out, U must remove the bumper. Just extra work if u ask me.
