Can someome please help me I have a 2004 volvo s60 2.5 turbo I need to remove valve cover I removed all the bolts coils ect & it still won't lift up does anyone have any info for me ?

 

I am about to embark on this same project. Did you ever get an anwer. I heard one guy say he hit the cover with a rubber mallot to break the seal.

If you found any helpful links it would be much appreciated.

By the way, what was your purpose for doing this and was it successful. I have oil leaking into the spark plug well on the #1 position on driver side.
