Both horns on my '06 S60 do not work. This issue may have started at about the same time the "check engine" light came 'on' and stayed 'on.' My authorized dealer has checked out these issues and fixed the 'check engine' light and resolved it with a software upgrade. They also checked power to the horns and verified that both horns are getting power but still do not work. They want me to bring the car back to the shop next week to check the horns further or see if there is an issue with the central processor for the car. Does anybody have any input or recommendations on this issue I'm having with both horns suddenly not working? Thanks.

 

Probably a bad ground issue. The way the horn works is when you press the horn button, it ground the horn connection and the horn starts working.
