Default 2006 Volvo S60 2.5t randomly stalling or losing power.

My 2006 Volvo S60 2.5t with randomly stall or lose power and when it does stall it just gets worse and worse. To where I can't even get a mile down the road. Code comes up with fuel pressure regulator performance low or something.
I replaced
fuel pump
Fuel pressure sensor
pem
Spark plugs
Thermostat
Maf sensor
yet I keep having this issue I'm not really sure what it is Now My fuel pressure stays around 43-45psi sometimes it goes up to 70
I heard there is a fuel pump relay that can cause this but I'm not sure if I even have it on my car for my year/Model Any help will be much appreciated bc I really need a way to get to work and back and some days my car can't even go 20 minutes down the road while some days my car can go hours
Sometimes when I'm driving and if I decide to gas it it seems like it's just misfireing or something it just doesn't want to accelerate fast and it stays around 3k rpm no higher
And sometimes when I decided to gas it it will go above 3k no problem. So it definitely seems like it's fuel related but like I said I have replaced the fuel pump and the pem spark plugs ect.
