Default 2006 Volvo S60 Throttle Body Problems?

I bought a 2006 Volvo S60 2.5t (120000 miles) a few months ago and it’s ran perfectly. Yesterday I drove to work and back without issue. But today when turning on, the rpms were fluctuating wildly and I got 3 codes pulled along with a message saying reduced engine performance.
codes:
ECM 9200
ECM 9210
ECM 925C

Im thinking it’s the throttle body going bad. As a side note the car can’t really tell what temperature it is outside as sometimes it’ll say freezing when it’s well above outside (70F). Not sure if this is important at all but figured I’d mention it.

Any ideas or help is greatly appreciated.

check out Xemodex and Midwest ABS websites to see if they have any content on ETM fault symptoms and their rebuild services.

Regarding the temperature, I assume you are referring to the dash thermometer for the outside air temp? There's a temp sensor for that which could have a wiring or connection issue or just needs replacing - not certain where for your model - usually in the front corner but a dealer web store may have a diagram.
