After failing to find a mechanic that is willing to replace the passenger side wheel bearing on my S60 in my area I have to take the job on myself. I called FCP Euro and ordered the correct parts and the removal/installation tool. During my research (on YouTube) I read in the comments that removing the ball joint isn't necessary to get the axle removed from the hub. I'm just curious if anyone else has done this.
Again it's a 2013 S60 T5 front wheel drive. Thank you in advance.
Edit..../ Update, I wasn't able to get the axle removed from the hub, I ordered a tool to help remove the ball joint.
