Recently my wife's V60CC has experienced an issue with the dash dimming. The dial by the headlight control that should adjust the dimming level up and down has sporadically stopped working for the center screen and the cluster. It continues to dim the backlight on the start/stop button and the gearshift, etc. but not the LCD screens. A reboot of the car will make it work sometimes, sometimes not. On some occasions the screens will be very dark, and after 5 minutes of driving they suddenly go full bright. There's no consistency to it at all. Has anyone experienced anything similar? There is of course only one dealer, an hour's drive away, and I want to narrow down the issue as much as possible before I make an appointment so I can get it resolved in one trip - if that is ever possible at a stealership!
