Hello all, I had a new coil installed inside the center console (what a pain as a result of inaccessible design). The A/C works great. Unfortunately, that was some time ago and I'm just now noticing there is no heat. Could the thermostat be stuck shut, or perhaps it's something else?

Edit for posterity: They tried a heater core flush and replacing the thermostat, but neither worked. They ended up replacing the heater core as it was completely clogged.
