I own a 2018 S60 T5 Inscription Platinum with 49k miles and rolling on 19 x 8 OEM Portia rims with 235 / 40 R19 Pirelli tires.
After one flat tire experience, I do not like the ContiMobile fix-a-flat solution. And I am striking out in locating a Volvo or aftermarket spare tire & storage solution that fits any 2018 S60 trim. After searching Volvo and several Volvo aftermarket websites, they offer item 31682752 donut spare, but the 31399083 "Box ONLY For Spare Wheel, Storage Under The Floor" says it won't fit the 2018 S60.
Anyone have any success finding a full size spare solution? I will consider a donut, but not the best option for long drives.

Still wondering about a full size solution if there is one.

best way to determine if a full size will fit is to open the spare tire well and drop in one of your rims. A 235mm wide tire is pretty tall so it will take up about 8-9 inches where the donut is a 125 so its about 4-5 inches. check if the stock cover has spacers that can be removed to make a full size fit.
My two cents is to go with the donut, keep a can of fix-a-flat in the car and keep your tires fully inflated a few PSIs above the door card's recommendations particularly when you are on trips far from home. Most flats are either punctures (nails etc) or pot hole induced pinched sidewalls which is where the extra PSIs can save your tire/rim. I've had to use a donut for a 50 mile drive home and it totally got the job done. You just need to keep your speed reasonable (ie 55-60 max).
