I am a new Volvo owner (02 S60 58K Miles) I have a scanner and get a P1026 code. If I clear it it comes right back. I can not find what P1026 indicates.
I just had the TPS recall service performed the day after I bought it.

This light came on about a week ago.

Any info. would be appreciated.

Im not sure might be the throttle body bad.

 

Update: This was related to the TPS Recall. If you have received this recall you need to get it taken care of. My S60 began to rev the engine uncontrollably. (Like my accelerator was on the floor) Dealer had to replace throttle body. I have had no issues since. There was no charge to me.
