Those are Ronal RT's. Only way you'll get a set of those is to find them used somewhere or order them from the UK, and thats if they even have any left in stock...
Ronal pulled out of the US market a few years ago. They sold the rest of the 5x108 wheel to iPd to clear out there US warehouse.
The wheels only came in the regular silver alloy. Those ones on the pic you posted, were custom painted to match the car.
