I have a 2002 S60 ( Non Turbo). The drivers seat only works for about 1 minute when I first start the car after it sits for a while. I hear a click sound(Like a switch is flipped) thatcomes fromunder the dash or under the seat. The heated seat will also not work.

Any Ideas of what would cause this?

I also have a clicking when I turn the wheel while going slow or stopped coming from the front.
Thoughts??

 

The seat issue you would have to have the codes pulled from the seat computer.

Have you had any work done on the car lately for the steering issue?

 

on the seat computer. Can I use a computer that is available at Autozone?

This is all the work I have had on the front end. I live in NY and the roads are a killer

2004- Front Stablizer

No on the scanner from AutoZone.

Maybe a bad Axle.

 

I had the dealer check the seat computer. They wer receiving a PSM 0038 code- They told me part of the software disappeared. They reinstalled the software for $50.
