Default Auto/Start stop Service Message - Will not clear!

I have been dealing with the Start/Stop warning light for a couple months and I am losing my mind 1) Changed batteries (both main and Aux)2) Tried unplugging both for an hour to remove error and re-plug3) Have Vdash and see no errors, I reset Battery monitor. Turned off start stop, error persists4) Unplugged battery sensor on back of negative terminal, waited and re-plugged5) It has been to Volvo dealership - Zero help...they seemed to have zero clue what to do.6) Called Volvo Corp, they said pound sand, deal with the dealer3) I love that it is turned off, but HOW do I get rid of the error light?
4) How is it so hard to get an answer??

To address the Start/Stop warning light issues, focus on advanced diagnostics:
  • Use a Comprehensive scanner to check for Diagnostics Trouble Codes (DTC) related to the Start/Stop System.
  • Inspect the Controller Area Network (CAN) bus for Connectivity issues.
  • Confirm that the Engine Control Unit (ECT) has the latest software updates.
  • Perform Voltage and ground checks on relevant components, ensuring proper calibration of sensors.
  • Analyze module communication logs for inconsistencies.
  • Check the Battery Monitoring System and conduct an Electrical load test.
  • Physically inspect wiring for damage and loose connections. Utilize advanced diagnostics tools for real-time data and active tests.

Seek Professional Assistance for accurate testing and resolutions.
