Automatic transmission: all issues explained

Just found this site, I think it could be a good sticky for those looking to fix their automatic transmission issues. It explains in detail the reasons (parts involved) for each specific behavior such as shifting delays, harsh shifting, flares. It talks about the B4 servo cover, solenoids and software describing which is causing which particular issue. A good starting point to identify the repairs needed.
