Any advise for a recommended brand for battery, My one need to be replace soon and normally I purchased in the official volvo dealer and looking to reduce some expenses these days, so any advise to lower this purchase is highly appreciated

What brand and what type recommended for 2005 S60 AWD series?
For member in Sydney where is the place to get it.

Did you have your battery tested? Sometimes a low charge can be a symptom of something else. Before you replace it make sure it is bad. I am still using the original Volvo battery (almost 12 years old).

The battery type is a group 48, I believe. Most places will ask you what vehicle it's for and tell you which ones that will fit. I prefer the batteries with the most CCA. It holds up better in extreme temps. You may not have the same brands available over there as we do here.

 

Interstate battery should be able to provide you a direct replacement battery for your s60. Make sure the new battery us equipped with a vent tube.
