A friend of mine recently purchased a 2005 Volvo S60 and he is looking for a good set of fog lights. He doesn't want to pay much money for the brand name, because many cheaper manufactures are available in the market. He searched online and found a couple of nice kits at AutoBarn and AutoAnything, but don't know which ones have the brightest light. Need your recommendation before any purchase.
