Question bov on a 2007 s60 2.5t

I'm starting to upgrade my 2007 s60 2.5t and I'm wondering if its possible to get a bov put on (for the sound mostly) then get a tune so it doesn't run rich when the air from the cbv is supposed to recirculate. Would this get rid of some of the cons of just putting on a bov?

im looking into it aswell i have bought a hybrid blow off valve!

you want one of these it bolts in place of the recirc valve on the turbo its a adapter then you put a hyrbid blow off valve on the adapter you need this as the origional system is a recirculated one so you want some of the boost recirculated to keep everything happy

you can clamp this hose onto it then the hybrid 35mm valve clamps onto the other side then you must route another pipe back into your intake

using something like this

here is the one you can use the silicone hose

then you can have something like this inline on one of your intake pipes(someone may be able to advise a better way to route the bov outlet back into the intake)
metal

silicone

these are just for refrence you will need to make sure your hose sizes all match up thats not my strong suit!

but hopefully this gives you a rough idea of what you need to do
i would go for a more expensive valve but maybe buy the cheap one first to see how you like it

or you could use this blanking plate

cut the pipe going over the engine and put one of those silicone joiners in with the t piece and put the bov on there and route into the intake somewhere its your choice really
