Default Braking issues

So I am newish to the site.. I have clean 06 S60 with 66,700 miles just put a polestar upgrade in her.. She used to shake once and awhile when I'd be ripping and braking quick. As of late she's shaking a lot :/ granite I've been ripping her to feel/enjoy the $8bills I paid for. I've read about rotors and such and checked mine are soft as a baby's ***. Maybe control arms?.! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks PS I also have an extended warranty so just wanna find the issue and make sure they will cover it or I will be coming outta pocket. Either way I Dnt mind cause she's such a pleasure to drive. Those soft leather seats BMWs Benzos nada compares

You have warped rotors. I'd start with the front.

Is it worse when the wheels/disks have warmed up?
66K would lead me to new disks. Pads may or may not be bad.

No it's not bad or worse when it warms up. And it's like if I let off and re apply the brakes it will not be as bad.

Well my rotors are soft and brake pads are good. What would cause them to be warped.?

Improper bedding of newly installed brake pads can cause uneven pad wear and that can lead to hot spots and rotors warping.

Well it used to be fine and I have the same brakes it came with.. It just started happening as of recently. There's plenty of life left on the brake pads. I'm at a loss lol

Like I don't feel like they are uneven or have been sanded down before they feel new

You can't feel 0.020mm run out with your hand.
