Default buying 2006 S60

Hi,
New here... I'm looking at potentially getting an S60, year 2006, maybe 7.
I need some input from you guys on what to watch out for/check/ask when making my purchase. Chances are the car will be bought off lease at a Volvo Dealership. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Also, what kind of 'true' gas mileage are you guys getting on the car. (I will be 20% city, 80%highway) Thanks for your input.

I just bought a 2005 S60 2.5T lease return and got 31.5mpg's on the Hwy during a 60 mile ride home. I constantly got 30+ mpg in my 04 S60 2.4 on the Hwy. If you plan on going through a Volvo Dealer, look for a certified lease return and negotiate the price to include an extended warranty. Just on a side note, my sister is driving a 98 V70 with 178k miles and she wouldn't hesitate driving that beauty across the country. Her previous volvo clocked over 300k miles before she sold it to buy her V70.

Anyway, good luck with your search.

I own a 2006 S60 with a sport suspension system that eats tires. I would look for a regular suspension system.
