Thanks in advance. Im new to volvos and recently picked up a 2001 S60. I bought it knowing it needed a new cylinder head. Long story short the cars almost finished except after installing the head and trying to install the cams, The exhaust cam wont turn with the cam cover bolts torqued (12lbs). But if there finger tight it will. Ive read theres a cam alignment tool. Could this be my issue? Thanks!
