Default Car lunges forward when braking

I have a 2001 s60 with about 127k miles on it. I noticed that when I brake, the car lunges foward. The needle on the RPM also jumps up and jumps back down.

Does anyone know what this issue is? Its getting worse.

Typically, it is a sign of the ETM. Cleaning the throttle module can help.
