Default Coolant leaking from Grommet on firewall - 2001 S60 T5

I have coolant leaking from the lower driver's side firewall. It is coming out of a rubber grommet and leaks about 2 drops a minute. I have attached a picture with the grommet circled and a link to a video to help better identify the location of the grommet.

I would appreciate any help identifying the source of this leak and the best and worst case solution to stop the leak.

Thank you for your time,

Don

The only coolant in that area is the heater core and the 2 hoses

Thank you for that. I need to find out if that grommet was there for leak drainage or if there was a hose that was once there. So far it does not look good for my heater core. More fun repairs ahead I am sure.

Yes. I confirmed that it is indeed coolant. I have been refilling the coolant and have compared the fluid color, smell and texture.

I have the same model S60 and had the engine out to replace it. The engine compartment is so tight that I had to hook the hoses on the engine before it was all the way in. If it's turbo'd you can get a little more visibility if you remove the air intake.
