DO NOT BUY from Noble Volvo of Fredericksburg VA!!!
DO NOT buy a Volvo from this dealership!
I purchased a certified pre-owned S60R 2004. and it was sold to me without disclosling 3 rims were bent and the front spoiler paint and metal was damaged from bottoming out on the dealers crappy parking lot.
Salesman and woman drove the car for 2,000 miles bottoming out every day.
Marcus Taylor (Volvo Sales Manager) who promised to fix the underside damage as a stipulation of purchase now refuses to repair it.
Also, the car was sold to me with 3 bent rims discovered by meineke mufler when they were balancing the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S I purchased from TireRack.
Marcus Taylor the Volvo Sales Manager promised to have his service techs examine the rims. But when I showed up he refused, cussed at me, and lied to me because he was mad that I had obtained a copy of his dealerships "service report" which he denied existed pre-sale, which showed 3 months before I bought the car, that his own service people had investigated steering problems.
Oh yes, the sympthom of bent rims.
I have filed complaints with the BBS and the Virginia State Attorneys office for this and also that his finance manager Will Graves, tried to make me sign a paper for 7.9% interest, 3 days after I signed the original paperwork for 5.9% interest!!!

Noble Volvo, Mercedes Benz no longer exists..
Ron Rosner , Dealer of the largest Toyota Franchise in this area has purchased both the Mercedes Benz and the Volvo Dealership from another dealer.
Rosner Toyota has a A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau.
Have not had any business dealings with the Rosner Organization in any form. So my comments are impartial.

If your car is "CPO", the covered parts are Volvo's problem, not the defunct dealers. But, I'm not sure wheels, body parts, etc., are CPO covered. Looks like the dealer knew his days were numbered, performed his CPO exam like Mr. Magoo, charged Volvo, sold the car, and didn't care about customers. The switcheroo on the interest rate is pure theft -- the increase probably went straight to the dealer's pocket if you'd fallen for this old trick.
Never agree to this old trick. All dealer sales contracts are expressly contingent on financing being obtained, and you can pen that same provision in on your side of the deal. "This contract is expressly contingent on Customer obtaining financing for $XXXXXXX at a rate of X.x% APR or less". No such financing (the rate they quoted you), no obligation to purchase. Never, ever buy a car and take possession of it until your financing is in place. You may find yourself on the hook for sales tax, doc fee, etc. (GM doesn't bother to tell people this in its 'we'll take the car back if you don't like it' campaign.
