I have an 02 S60. I need to replace the entire passenger side mirror. It's a non-turbo in case that gives any indication. I know my memory seats work, but I've never seen the mirrors move along with the seats. I'm assuming the buttons on the seats would control the mirrors, so I'm thinking I don't have memory mirrors. Is there a way to test so I can make sure before I order the wrong part?

 

To the best of my knowledge power mirrors are standard on all 2002 s60 models. Since the memory part of the mirror is in a module inside the car I don't believe there is such a thing as "memory mirrors" beyond what settings the memory module stores.

 

Well I'm shopping for a mirror, and the options are power folding yes/no, illumination yes/no, memory yes/no. So I'm guessing there are different connectors for each one. Trying to order the right one before I get stuck with an expensive paper weight.....

 

In that case your best bet would be to get in touch with your Volvo dealer and read the VIN to them. That way you will receive the correct mirror type and color.
