Does polestar badge at the back mean it's tuned?

Hi Guys,
Sorry for the newb question. I'm looking to buy a 2015.5 S60, and I saw one that I really like and it has a polestar blue badge at the back. What does that mean?

Yes

I sent my V60 for the Polestar tune up, when it came back the blue Polestar badge had been added on the back.
For what it's worth, it certainly adds a lot of spice to the car's performance.
