Default Door Lock

Hello again,
Just when you thought it couldn't get worse it always does..... My car has a new problem (second one in two weeks) and at this rate I'm not sure I'll have a car in a few months.

Anyway my passenger side backseat door lock is acting up, meaning when i unlock the car it is acting like a lazy *** moving reluctantly at times or not at all. I opened up the door panel today and it seems like a more complicated task than I had hoped for either a replacement or fix.

My questions:
1) Can I fix it? If so, how?
2) If not, how do I replace it?
3) If I put viagra in the gas tank would it enhance the locks response time?

ok the third question was a joke, but thanks for the help.

It is pretty straight foward. There should be 2 rods connected for the handles ETC. Then a couple of screws holding it in the door. Then one electrical plug and it will slide out.
