Default Driver - Electric door lock

'02 - S-60

On the first push of the remote, the driver door is supposed to unlock. On the second push all doors are suppose to unlock. Mine worked like that until a couple of weeks ago.

All of a sudden the first push sounds like unlock is occuring and "jiggles" the driver door button, but it doesn't unlock. It takes a second push, which unlocks ALL the doors, including the driver door.

Ideas?? Thanks.........rvw

OK, I thought of that, but if it's bad, why does it unlock properly on the second click and work OK otherwise?? Strange gremlins.

Very strange.
Best way to find out is have someone pulled codes from all the systems in the car.
