Default Eibach Lowering Kit

Hey, just wanted to know if Eibach (brand) lowering kit was worth slamming on a 02' S60? I was looking at Apex and other brands, since Eibach is maxed at 1.7inches 44mm-47mm. I think that's a drag, but once I slam my full body kit, it should look decent at 1.7 inches lowered. What do you guys think? Thanks

The Eibach springs look pretty good. IIRC the Evolve springs are just a little lower.
Since you don't have to deal with the 4C I'd spend the extra money and get coilovers...
On my S60R...

Damn, that's one sexy ride bro. I was trying to find S60R around my city, but they're quite pricey and some aren't 6spd manual. So, I'm dealing with just a decent S60 2.4T/auto, which is fine. I'll go for the looks and performance as hybrid or what not. I'm getting shocks/struts with the coil springs. I'm looking at around $500 to spend. I mean, it was @ $279 for just the 4 coil springs themself, but after finding out that I might want to better shocks/struts if I am going to lower it 2in. This is just a fun project car that I'll try to bring out to import tuners and all. My toy car and joy. Thanks for the tip. Your car looks great man!

Volvo's are expensive toys, not like messing with a civic or a dsm. If you are going lower than 2inches i would watch your chamber.

Ahhh ok. One of my buddies said the same thing. I was looking at some coilover spring sets. Wow, they're expensive for just the 2-4 pieces itself. I'm assuming it's the complete set for your suspension. I was thinking air suspension, but one mess up and it's over. Just like if you were to stick your wheels out in a vertical angle, one bump and it messed everything in that side of the wheel and possibly the axle. Thanks for the heads up though!
