few questions

hows it goin guys & girls, after driving my new to me '05 S60 2.5T awd and getting used to it i finally dug deep and went for the EST stage 2+ upgrade. i called and talked to Frank there about some questions and wanted to know if anyone on here had done similar upgrades along with the stg 2 power-adder,...ive looked around and asked a few people about the 13g(TD04) turbo and have a good backround with DSMs and knew they come with a TD04/5 series of snails, and heard the 13g can be swapped for the 14b,16g the 18g and the 20g all within the TD04/5 family. is it true that they can be interchanged, meaning direct bolt patterns to the DP and the manifold? will the oil return lines be the same, and as long as its internal wastegate will the 16g work as long as i update the rica tune files in the ppc? ...im also wanting to put a small but better flowing and larger than stock front mount intercooler, with hard metalic plumbing, during that proccess to include an aftermarket reccirulating BOVand again get a matching tune file for the car with that...what would be my complexities with doing a setup like this on the 2.5 besides getting a good straight ecu mapping file. i have very good mechanical skills where i went to a voc tech HS for metal fab, and computer design drafting, and a decent amount of time wrenching on cars for the last 6 yrs...btw my last car was a 11.78 sec 1/4 1990 eagle talon, so i do know a good bit of knowledge about how turbo cars work...just never any with obd2 but thats fine ill pick it up ...please any help and foresight will be greatly appriciated...
just with sgt 2+ they say to have 264hp/310ft#s if i can get all the options ive mentioned before im trying to get roughly 300hp/330ft#s

any ideas, thoughts, or questions for me? does anyone on here have a link to the S60's exhaust manifold's turbo plate bolt pattern? or the 13g's bolt pattern both exhaust side and down pipe side? im trying to gather as much info on a build like this before i actually start buying stuff and running into months of down time not having everything up front or with the correct sizes of everything, i under stand the fmic and plumbing will take a lil bit to fab. up but as far as turbo swap, id like to get a good idea of the bolt pattern so i know exactly which turbo i can/should go with to have lil to none cutting and welding of the exhaust manifold.

This will tell you what turbo your running. And what flange you have (Straight or Angled). Since your AWD more then likely your like me with a 13g that has a angled flange.
