I have a 2007 S60R, with a black plastic fuel tank. A while back I started having low fuel pressure problems. I replaced the filter and fuel pumps. I could hear the pumps running but they weren't moving fuel. The problem reoccurred. Removing the filter and pumps I discovered a very fine black powderish material blocking the pump screen and in the filter. It appears the tank is disintegrating. I am looking for information or anyone experiencing similar. obviously I can replace the tank, but ouch $1000. for a new one.
