Default Front brake issues

Hi all. At the dealership now for third set of front rotors and pads in 38000 miles. First set at 14000 and included new redesigned dust shields and new calipers free of charge. Tech said old shields were funneling dirt into right caliper causing right inner pad to stick. I live on a gravel road. Second time they said gravel present in caliper and covered labor only. Third time it’s all on me. Anyone had any similar brake issues? I am currently playing phone tag with the Volvo regional rep

We’ll here I am again les than 12000 miles since last brake job. Brought the car in for entertainment issue for 4th time and had them check the front brakes. Found 2 mm of inside pad and 10 mm outside pad. They found nothing wrong with caliper.( no gravel present). Dealership says Volvo said it’s due to environmental conditions ie living on a gravel road. Getting sick of this. Can’t find anything in the owners manual about avoiding no paved roads. Anyone know where I can contact Volvo corporate on my own?
