I have a 06 s60 t5 and i was looking at my grille today and i think the stock grille would look a lot better without the volvo stripe on it. does anyone know how to take off the volvo stripe on the grille? directions please?

 

It is going to look like crap with the slash off. If it is like other Volvo grilles there is an indentation behind the slash.

 

o wow i diddnt even think about that. it would look that bad? and on e volve and heico they have grilles but its only up to like a 04 volvo and i have an 06. do u know if they have a 06 grille????? bc the one now is nastyy

 

Yes it will look horrible.

Also please don't go with EVOLVE. They are a crappy company period.

I have looked on many Volvo aftermarket websites right now and can't find a single site that has one for an 06 model s60.

However I would seriously take the time and e-mail each company and ask them if they have any that will fit the 06 model and or if they will be coming out with ones that fit the 06 model.

i changed mines from the standard grill...by fitting 1999 S40 volvo sign to a cheap ebay mesh grill and result is not bad at all

But why change a chrome grill with a cheap ugly plastic etc grill? There are many other things that you could ADD and it will make your car look nicer like the shark fib (decorative antenna) or a very small spoiler on the trunk and much more.
