Hello everyone, well I took off the fuel tank access plate to discover that the top (of the white plastic thing in pic) leaks fuel. I cleaned it out and it fills back up with fuel. My question is, is this white plastic part of the fuel pump on under the access plate?

My other question is does anyone know how to remove the passenger rear seat to gain better access to the access plate/pump? It's right in the way...
