Default For the future

I've had a 1998 Volvo S70 GLT as my first car for a year, and I love it a lot. I've been a car geek my whole life and I've been thinking about what I'd want after I have to tearfully let go of my S70. Having my S70 has turned me from a Toyota lover into a Volvo lover, therefore I was thinking about buying an S60. I love having all the features the GLT comes with, especially the turbo, and I was wondering what trimline has the most/best features andthe turbo. Since I'm planning to keep the S70 long enough to run it into the ground, I'm not worried about prices at the second. I'm asking this now so that I can have plenty of time to get all the feedback and other information I need to decide if I will want to buy an S60.

I would say go for a T-5 or a R.

As tech says, if you can find an R, buy it no question. I have a T5 and really enjoy it. Can be pretty quick when you tell it to!

I agree. Find a R or then a T5. Remember the R is a great car on the highway and in the curves. It is not a great off the line racer. But then again I'm not into racing on the street. I have taken it out on theNorth Georgia mountian roads. Now thatwas fun.Right up to the point my daugherpuked. It was neet watching her head bobbing from one side to the other. Please keep in mind I was acting responsiblewith my kids in the car! When on my own the smile only gets bigger.I have an R and love it.

Awesome!!! Thanks guys! Yeah, I'm not planning to do any racing, but since I'm the car geek and everything, I love gloating about having a turbo.

I'm kind of in the same position as Blaze, anyone have an S60 T5 that they have chipped? I want an S60 T5 after I'm done with college, if you go below the T5, do they get kind of putsy? Looking at the specs it seems like if it's not a T5 or R the HP really drops off.
